USAS-NMSU Please JOIN us

The New Mexico State Chapter of USAS is working hard to educate and inform students and the public about harmful working conditions throughout the world. USAS has chapters in over 200 universities and operates with non-violence principles (See USAS principles).  It is time to start the NMSU chapter of USAS and make this a NO SWEAT campus.

WHAT YOU CAN DO? - Please post Flyers, distribute Leaflets, be model in anti-Sweat Fashion Shows, and ask your club or class to host a 15 minute presentation, or even a 20 minute video and 10 minute presentation.

1. Distribute STOP Flyers - at NMSU

2. Distribute STOP Leaflets - at NMSU, Las Cruces Mall, & Wall-Mart

3. Sign STOP the TERROR petitions - at NMSU, Las Cruces Mall, & Wall-Mart

4. Join STOP with anti-Sweat Fashion Shows - at NMSU

5. Invite STOP Presentations for Student Clubs and Classrooms - at NMSU

6. Do STOP Research Term Projects on Sweatshops - Selling goods at NMSU, Las Cruces Mall, & Wall-Mart

7. Become a member of STOP Sweatshops - the USAS club at NMSU
