How 448/548 Course Works - We meet for several weeks to get it organized and to give you guidelines on doing each item for mid-term. As you seem able to work independently, you must check back weekly with instructor to review your progress and get input.
SEAM Socio Economic Analysis of Management for Small Business (must know). At mid-term you present the Phase I: Diagnosis (ROOT Cause charts and Hidden Costs/Hidden Revenues) and Phase II the Mirror Effect (a printout of the journal notebook entries you did ordered by variable) and a proposal for your Phase III (Experiment) - to the class and turn in the required mid-term items for your report. Staple them, no cover is needed and turn in your journal field notebook). Put names on these. In the second half of the term, you carry out your proposed EXPERIMENT (phase III).
POST-COURSE - Go find small businesses that need your services and charge them appropriate fee. Send Boje a post card and let him know how much money you are making.
